Popis projektu: Chrám Zvěstování P. Marie byl dokončen v roce 1783 jako završení barokní přestavby augustinského kláštera ve Šternberku podle architekta Františka Antonína Grimma. Přestavbu provedl na místě zbořeného původně gotického kostela stavitel Václav Thalherr. V klasicistním interiéru kostela jsou rokokové malby F. A. Sebastiniho. Z grantu budou restaurovány interiérové freskové a štukatérské výzdoby barokního chrámu. Rekonstrukce osvětlení zajistí lepší prezentaci opraveného interiéru kostela.
Project Description: The Lady Day Church was finished in 1783 as the last part of the baroque redevelopment of the Augustinian monastery in Šternberk. The building was designed by an architect František Antonín Grimm and carried out by the builder Václav Thalherr in the area of a demolished, originally gothic church. Neoclassical architecture of the church joints rococo paintings by F. A. Sebastini. Restoration works funded by the grant comprise interior fresco paintings, stucco decorations and reconstruction of the interior lighting, which will bring better presentation of the restored church.
